Lost in the wilderness of mundane routines
The burden of umpteen desires and ambitions
The robotic persona, work and commitments
Negating even the pleasurable moments.
Always anxious, enraged or depressed,
A victim of persistent stress and burn out,
Physical and/or psychological disorders
Affecting memory and judgement.
In active daily living and dealings.
Think of change, and take some time out
For creative and constructive hobbies
Playing with colors, music or dance.
For being with nature in the park, or the beach
To find some transcendent moments,
And get connected to a higher reality.
And bonding with friends or close ones
Enjoying the love and interdependence.
Prioritize the work, manage the time
Be positive and assertive,
Shed the ego, forgive and forget for mental peace
Keep health, relax and meditate
To enjoy each moment of life, the contentment
And the eternal bliss
